You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination. We reserve the right to ship item(s) with the most convenient shipping carrier, IF YOU NEED A SPECIFIC CARRIER, CONTACT US BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER. Our shipping charges are determined by the weight/dimensions of your order, excluding applicable sales tax (Shipping charges shown are just an estimate, actual shipping charges may vary). Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. Orders general process for 1-2 business days after you place your order, then they are sent to shipping. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska & Canada typically ship out every Wednesday, some orders to these destinations ship faster. Grow Wurks and it's employee's are not responsible for packages left outside by shipping carriers (If you need something sent signature required please specify in the notes at checkout). If you received an incorrect item you must contact us within 5 Days of receiving the package. Be sure and check package contents when you receive your shipment and if there is an issue contact us immediately. You will be required to send photo evidence of the incorrect item. If we receive the item and the item is the item you ordered, you will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. By ordering you agree to not file a charge back.

International Orders
Due to international shipping carriers, Grow Wurks and it's employee's are not responsible/liable for duties, tracking, damaged, defective or missing items once outside the continental United States. International orders typically ship out every Monday, some orders will ship out faster. Warranties are manufacturer warranties and international customer's are responsible dealing with manufacturer's directly if they receive a defective item. Most manufacturer warranties are valid in the United States only. It is up to the manufacturer if they choose to honor their warranty's outside the United States.
