Hydroponics

Hydroponics is growing plants without soil.  It is a more efficient way to provide food and water to your plants.  Plants don't use soil they use the nutrients and water that are in soil.  Soil 's function is to provide nutrients and to anchor the plants' roots.

In a hydroponic garden, you provide your plants with a complete nutrient formula and an inert growing medium to anchor your plants' roots so they have easier access to nutrients and water.  In a hydroponic garden, the food is disolved in the water and it is absorbed by the roots.  With hydroponics plants grow faster, are ready for harvest faster and you can grow more plants in the same space of a soil garden.
